Ennodio Ramos

Mr. Ramos is a retired industry expert with more than 39 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Power Generation and Industrial Applications. Mr. Ramos has a BS in Chemical Engineering, and has taken the Advanced Executive Management Program from Kellogg School of Management and the Caterpillar Leadership Program from Stanford University. He has led various global operations for Caterpillar. 

Mr. Brunson has 36 years of experience in the power generation industry from construction, start-up, O&M management to asset management of several facilities in both the IPP and regulated utility environments. He has worked in most facets of power generation including Nuclear, Coal, gas fired, biomass and solar (photovoltaic-PV).

Mr. Niehaus is a retired Caterpillar vice president who spent 38 years in the electric power business. As vice president he managed the profit and loss of Caterpillar's Electric Power Division. The Electric Power Division included global marketing and sales of multiple brands, engineering and R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Mr. Morin is a seasoned business and sales executive with the last 27 years of his career managing several billion dollars in power and gas contracts. He served as the Director of Sales and Operations for the Western US for CenterPoint Energy Services and was the Director of Marketing-Northern Rockies/Pacific Northwest Region for commercial gas origination for Shell Energy North America. 

Ms. Scott has over 32 years of experience in the energy industry. She is a subject matter expert on North American bilateral and centrally cleared energy markets and energy transaction products. Ms. Scott spent over 16 years with Tenaska in various roles including energy trading, asset management, origination, market development and market design, and power plant development. 

Mr. Williams is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. He currently serves as president of Basin Creek Power Services. Previously he spent 12 years at Continental Energy Services Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Montana Power Company), where he became president and ran their global operations.

 Mr. Pate is an energy investor and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience including roles as Fortune 500 Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of a renewables company, and chief investment

officer of a Chicago based investment firm. Mr. Pate is a lead Seguro advisor providing senior executive financial and strategic business management expertise.
